1. About Aerine

Aerine operates this online store from 3/2, 23 Hampden Residencies, Colombo 06, Sri Lanka. You can contact us on 0770408773. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Aerine; “you” means the website visitor or customer.

2. Using this website

You agree to provide accurate information, use the website lawfully, and avoid interfering with its security, operation, or other customers. You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase or have the involvement of a parent or guardian where required.

3. Products and sizing

We aim to describe products, colours, materials, measurements, and care information accurately. Screen settings, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, and natural fabric variation may cause minor differences. Please read the product information and size guide before ordering.

Availability is subject to stock. Placing an item in your bag does not reserve it indefinitely or guarantee that it can be supplied.

4. Orders and acceptance

Review the products, sizes, quantities, contact details, delivery address, delivery method, and total before confirming checkout. Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we accept the order and payment is successfully confirmed.

We may reject or cancel an order before dispatch if an item is unavailable, payment is not authorised, information appears incorrect or fraudulent, the price or description contains an obvious error, delivery is not possible, or the order breaches these Terms. Where payment has already been captured for a cancelled order, the amount due will be returned using the original payment method.

5. Prices and payment

Prices, currency, applicable taxes, discounts, and delivery charges are shown on the website or at checkout. You authorise our payment provider to process the confirmed total. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card details.

A discount code has no cash value, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn or corrected where it was issued or used in error, subject to applicable law.

6. Delivery

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Please ensure somebody can receive the parcel and that your address and telephone number are accurate. Responsibility for the goods passes as provided by applicable law when the order is delivered to you or your authorised recipient.

If delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect information, refusal, or repeated unsuccessful attempts, reasonable redelivery costs may apply.

7. Refunds, returns, and order problems

Innerwear is a personal, intimate garment. For health and hygiene protection, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, preference, or incorrect size selection once an item has been supplied. Please consult the size guide before purchase.

This hygiene restriction does not remove any mandatory remedy for goods that are damaged, defective, materially misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied. Full conditions and the claim process are set out in our Refund Policy.

8. Website content and intellectual property

The Aerine name, branding, product artwork, photographs, graphics, copy, and website design are owned by or licensed to Aerine. You may use the site for personal shopping, but may not copy, republish, sell, scrape, or commercially exploit its content without permission.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep the website accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Payment, delivery, and other third-party services may also have their own terms and privacy practices. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not make us responsible for their content.

11. Changes, severability, and governing law

We may update these Terms for future website use and orders. The Terms in effect when we accept your order will generally apply to that purchase. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes are subject to the competent courts and consumer-protection authorities of Sri Lanka, without limiting any mandatory rights available to you.
